Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
1. Who we are
Astronote (“the Service”) is operated by Dnote (“we”, “us”), a business registered in the Republic of Korea under registration number 747-02-03361, at #401, 21 Wolgokjungang-ro 26beon-gil, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju. You can reach us at godelay2@gmail.com.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our authorised reseller and the Merchant of Record for every purchase. When you buy something here, your contract of sale is with Paddle, and Paddle’s own terms apply to that transaction alongside these.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Astronote is an entertainment product. It takes birth dates, applies a simplified astrological model, and produces written readings about the relationship between two people.
Nothing on this Service is advice. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Readings are not predictions and make no claim to be accurate about any person. Do not make decisions that matter on the basis of what you read here.
Some readings are written in advance by us; some are generated by an automated language model. We do not review generated text before you see it. If a reading is wrong, unhelpful, or upsetting, tell us at the address above and we will look at it.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts to impersonate someone else.
4. Invite links and other people’s data
Your invite link lets other people add a star to your chart by entering a name, a birth date, and an optional note. Anyone with the link can do this — treat it accordingly.
If you enter another person’s name or birth date, you confirm you have their permission to do so. Do not enter details about someone who has not agreed to it.
You may remove any star from your chart at any time. Removal is permanent and is not reversible by us.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose anyone;
- submit notes that are abusive, hateful, sexual about a minor, or unlawful;
- attempt to extract, resell, or republish our written readings in bulk;
- break, overload, or probe the Service, or work around its rate limits;
- manipulate the automated model into producing content that breaks these rules.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why.
6. Purchases
Unlocking a reading is a one-time purchase of digital content, priced in US dollars. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable tax, which Paddle calculates and remits.
A purchase unlocks one specific pairing on one chart, or every pairing on one chart, depending on what you bought. Because a purchase is attached to the pairing rather than to a person, both people involved in that pairing can see the unlocked reading.
Purchases are not subscriptions. Nothing renews and nothing recurs.
Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
7. Availability
We provide the Service as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that readings will be generated without failure, or that we will keep any particular feature. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice at the address on your account where we can.
8. Our content
The written readings, the chart design, and the code behind them are ours. You may screenshot and share your own readings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, or resell them.
The notes you write stay yours. By submitting one, you give us permission to store it, show it to the owner of that chart, and pass it to our automated model so it can write the reading you or they paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you make based on a reading, or for anything arising from content another person entered about you.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to us. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion involves.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will note it on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove consumer protections you have where you live.
