1. For entertainment only

Astronote reads birth charts and compares them for fun. Readings are written automatically by software, including AI, from astrological positions. They are not advice — not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice — and not predictions about the future. Don’t make important decisions based on them.

2. Who can use Astronote

You must be at least 16 years old. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we remove it.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure — anything done while signed in counts as you. One person, one account.

4. What you put in

• Only enter your own birth information. Don’t enter someone else’s.
• Pick a nickname, not your full real name. Anyone who opens a wheel you’re on can see your nickname.
• Don’t use Astronote to harass, impersonate or find out things about someone who hasn’t agreed to it.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service.

You keep what you put in. You let us store and process it to run Astronote, as the privacy policy describes.

5. Friends and wheels

When you leave a heart on a friend’s wheel, that friend sees every planet in your chart, and you see theirs. Others with the link only see your nickname and where you sit. You can take your heart off any time, and a wheel owner can remove or block any heart.

6. Cookies and payments

• Cookies are prepaid credits sold in packs (see pricing). One cookie opens one full friend reading, which both people can read.
• Cookies have no cash value, can’t be transferred or resold, and can only be used in Astronote.
• Cookies stay in your account as long as the account exists.
• Orders are processed by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, who is the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and payment questions.
• If a payment is reversed (for example a chargeback), we remove the unused cookies from that purchase and may stop further purchases on the account.

7. Refunds

Unused cookies you paid for can be refunded within 7 days. The full rules are in the refund policy.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account any time from Me → Delete my account. You have 30 days to change your mind, then it is gone for good. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

9. The service

We work to keep Astronote running and the astronomy accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or stop features. If we stop the paid service for good, we refund unused cookies you paid for.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you keep using it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any protection the laws of your own country give you.
