help & feedback

Cookies are how you feed the sphinx. One cookie opens one full reading about you and a friend — written once, and you can both read it. No subscription. Cookie packs open soon.

Your score (35–99) comes from the angles between your two charts — sun, moon, rising, Venus, Mars and Mercury. Tighter, friendlier angles count more. The same two birthdays always give the same score, on either wheel. It’s for fun, not a verdict on your friendship.

That’s fine. Without a time we leave out your rising sign and moon angles, and the score adjusts so you aren’t marked down for it. Found it later? Add it in Me → Edit birth info — adding it the first time doesn’t use up one of your changes.

Left a heart on a friend’s wheel? Open your sheet with them and tap “take my heart off”. On your own wheel, open a friend’s sheet and tap Remove. Lost the phone you used? Write to us and we’ll take it off for you.

Cookies you paid for and haven’t used can be refunded within 7 days of buying. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually in 5–10 days. Cookies given back to you (not bought) can’t be cashed out.

If you saved it to Google, sign in with that account and it’s all there. If you didn’t, your heart lives only on the old browser — ask the friend whose wheel it’s on to open your heart, tap •••, and send you your link. It opens your heart, lucky item and reading for 7 days. Saving it to Google this time means it follows you to any phone.

Me → Delete my account. Your wheel, your readings and your hearts on friends’ wheels all go. Cookies bought in the last 7 days get refunded. Change your mind within 30 days and your wheel comes back.
