What can be refunded

• Cookies you paid for and haven’t used, within 7 days of buying them.
• You can refund a whole pack, or just the unused cookies in it.
• Cookies given back to you (not bought) can’t be cashed out.
• A cookie that already opened a reading has been used and can’t be refunded.

How to ask

Signed in, go to Me → Refund a purchase and pick the purchase. You can also write to us at support@astronote.mecopy from the email on your account. A reason is optional.

Cookies are locked while a refund is in progress. The money goes back to the card you paid with — usually in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How much comes back

Each cookie in a pack is worth an equal share of what you actually paid (tax included). If you used some cookies from a pack, you get back the share for the ones left. For example: 5 cookies for $7.99, one used — you get back $6.40.

If something goes wrong

• If a reading fails to write within an hour, the cookie is returned to you automatically.
• If you were charged but no cookies arrived, write to us — we check every payment against our records.
• If you delete your account, cookies bought in the last 7 days are refunded automatically.

Payments

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, who is the merchant of record. Their buyer terms also apply. If you live in the EU or UK, a reading starts right away, so your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you open it.
