Refund Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
The short version
If a reading you paid for did not work, did not appear, or was not what you expected, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you. You do not have to argue for it.
Who processes the refund
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your payment went to Paddle, so refunds are issued by Paddle and returned to the card or account you paid with.
You can ask either of us:
- us, at godelay2@gmail.com — we will pass it to Paddle; or
- Paddle directly, at paddle.net, using the receipt they emailed you.
The 14-day window
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Digital content is delivered to you immediately, and normally that ends a statutory right to cancel — we are choosing not to rely on that. Having already read the reading does not disqualify you.
After 14 days we will still look at anything that went wrong on our side, such as a purchase that never unlocked.
What a refund does
Refunding a purchase re-locks that reading. If the purchase unlocked a pairing that the other person could also see, they lose access to it too.
When we may decline
We may decline a refund where:
- the same account has requested refunds repeatedly in a way that looks like the purchase was never intended to be kept;
- the purchase was made fraudulently or with a stolen card.
These are the only cases. We do not decline refunds because you read the content, because you changed your mind, or because you did not like what it said.
How long it takes
We reply within 3 business days. Once Paddle issues the refund, the money usually appears within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights you have where you live; it does not replace them. Nothing here removes a legal right you have as a consumer.
